Enforcement
We use industry ruggedized Zebra printers to print out the citations. When a criteria is entered into the Portal, everything will immediately show up on the handheld. Parking Inspector's can monitor parking lots based on your own customized criteria. The software will track if a violator has been warned within 24, 48, 72 or any variable of hours and is due for a fee-based ticket, warning, boot or tow. It's all up to you.
Client Portal
Input your own customized violations. Violations can be for illegally parked vehicles, or any type of violation. The portal tracks violations with photographic evidence and pinpoint GPS coordinates. You can create reports that help manage repeat offenders or reports that point out trends.
Handheld App
An app available on IOS or Android. This app will be an integral part of your enforcement agents. Agent's enter a property and the entire criteria is stored in the App. The software tracks when a car should be ticketed or towed based on any customized criteria. When a agent finds a violation, simply input the license plate and violation and the app will inform of what to do next: Warn - Ticket - Tow.
Revenue
When you issue a citation to a violator, and they pay the fee, you collect revenue! Also collect revenue on parking permits issued.
